1. Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for both whitecollar and bluecollar employees.
- Conduct sessions on ISO standards, safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
2. Leave & Attendance Management
- Oversee employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports for management review.
3. Sales Team HR Support
- Manage performance reviews, retention strategies, and induction/exit processes.
- Oversee travel policy adherence and expense management for the sales team.
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities for both whitecollar and bluecollar employees.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
5. Data Privacy & Policy Management
- Develop and enforce policies related to salary, KYC, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
6. Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (labour laws, ISO standards, safety norms, etc.).
- Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with auditors or regulatory authorities.
- Regularly update HR policies to align with evolving compliance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Robust knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
