Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid expertise in accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, revenue recognition, and fund flow analysis.
- Proven track record in budgetary control with ability to manage budgets effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
