Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis Including MIS:
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closure process, including reconciliations and adjustments.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with teams to develop and monitor budgets.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to the CFO.

3. Internal Controls and Audits:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls.
- Assist in external and internal audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Treasury Management:
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for routine and project-related transactions.

5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors,



tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

6. Project Support:
- Provide financial inputs for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Requirement
- 03 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry & CA firm are preferred
OR
- CA Freshers may also be considered with maximum 34 attempts and a strong academic profile

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Skills:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO preferred).
- Proficiency in financial modelling, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
