Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Growth Specialist to lead business expansion, strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and revenue growth initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong business development expertise, networking ability, and execution capability to build long-term partnerships and scale brand presence in a fast-paced D2C/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, retail tie-ups, corporate associations, and expansion channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, distributors, communities, cafes, gyms, events, and collaboration partners

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, growth channels, and expansion strategies for the brand

• Lead business pitching, negotiations, follow-ups, closures, and long-term partnership management

• Coordinate and execute brand collaborations, activations, partnership campaigns, and promotional initiatives

• Work closely with marketing, operations,



social media, and leadership teams for smooth business execution

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and chance mapping regularly

• Develop strategies to improve revenue generation, partnerships, and overall brand visibility

• Represent the brand during meetings, networking events, business discussions, and collaborations

• Maintain partnership pipelines, sales trackers, business reports, and growth MIS

• Support launch strategies, expansion planning, and offline/online business visibility initiatives

• Build strong professional networks to create long-term growth opportunities for the brand
