- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning and staffing requirements with department heads.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer processes.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and shift-related issues.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate probation confirmation and performance appraisal processes.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
