Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chemistry Faculty to join our coaching institute in Panipat. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and experience in preparing students for competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-focused Chemistry lectures.
- Prepare study material, assignments, practice sheets, and test papers.
- Handle doubt sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
- Monitor student performance and provide appropriate feedback.
- Prepare students for JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations.
- Maintain an effective and disciplined classroom environment.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of teaching experience as a Chemistry Faculty.
- Robust command of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from IITs/NITs will be preferred.
- Experience in a reputed coaching institute is preferred.
- JEE/NEET teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
