We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Jewelry Sales Representative with a passion for fine craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping clients select and customize high-value jewelry for life’s most memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Consult with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and style, presenting appropriate jewelry pieces to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Clienteling: Build and maintain an active portfolio of loyal clients through follow-ups, special event invites, and personalized gift recommendations.
- Product Expertise: Articulate the quality, origin, cut, and specifications of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and custom pieces.
- Inventory Management: Assist with daily showcase displays, stock intake, security procedures, and maintaining pristine presentation standards.




- Custom & Repair Orders: Guide clients through custom jewelry design inquiries and handle repair requests with precision.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct sales experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry (required).
- Gemological Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamonds (4 Cs), gemstones, and precious metals (GIA/AGS certifications are a plus).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Professionalism: High degree of integrity, polished appearance, and attention to detail when handling high-value items.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
