Role Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurse Experts to generate, evaluate, and refine tasks related to nursing practice, clinical workflows, and patient care management for frontier AI initiatives. In this role, experts will build technically accurate, practical tasks that test AI model capabilities in the nursing process, clinical assessment, patient monitoring, and care coordination.

Requirements
- Professional Experience: ~38 years of direct bedside/clinical nursing experience. Must have actively practiced within the last 3 years to ensure currency with clinical standards.
- Credentials: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practicing jurisdiction. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Core Competencies: Practical mastery of the nursing process (Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation), patient triage, clinical deterioration identification, care coordination, and interprofessional communication.
- Deliverable History: Proven experience producing clinical deliverables such as nursing care plans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions,



SBAR handoff communications, and clinical assessment summaries.
- Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret vital signs, lab values, and clinical symptoms to prioritize patient interventions and evaluate clinical risk.
- Attention to Detail: Robust ability to review clinical scenarios and patient charts to ensure practical realism, safety, and strict adherence to evidence-based nursing standards.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for writing realistic clinical vignettes, nursing prompts, and structured evaluation rubrics.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, incorporate calibration feedback, and iterate under senior review.
