Job Title: Executive - Australia HR Payroll Support

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support Australia payroll operations by managing upstream HR and payroll activities, ensuring accurate employee data administration, and coordinating closely with the payroll vendor (ADP). The role will be responsible for validating payroll inputs, supporting payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and providing high-quality payroll support to employees and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5-6 years of experience in Australia payroll operations. reconciliation and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
- Experience working with ADP payroll solutions, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS platforms.
- Exposure to payroll audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing payroll vendor relationships and SLA governance.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Payroll Upstream Activities
- Manage end-to-end payroll input activities including new hires, terminations, employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions, allowances, deductions, and leave updates.
- Maintain accurate employee master data in HR and payroll systems.
- Review and validate payroll inputs before submission to the payroll vendor.
- Ensure timely processing of employee data changes and payroll transactions.
Payroll Vendor Management (ADP)
- Act as the primary point of contact for the ADP payroll processing team.
- Coordinate payroll schedules and ensure payroll deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
