Role Description
The Senior Technical Artist role is a full-time, remote position responsible for bridging art and technology across game and real-time production pipelines. This role involves designing and implementing technical art solutions, developing tools and scripts to support artists,



and optimizing assets for performance in game engines and VR experiences. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with artists, designers, and engineers to integrate 3D graphics, lighting, and visual effects; building and maintaining procedural workflows; and troubleshooting pipeline issues. The Senior Technical Artist will help define best practices, mentor other team members, and ensure that visual quality, performance, and usability standards are consistently met.

Qualifications
- Strong game development experience, including real-time pipelines and integration of assets into modern game engines.
- Proficiency in 3D graphics and lighting, with a solid understanding of rendering, shading, optimization, and visual fidelity.
