Position Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, JavaScript, GraphQL, Confluent Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications while following clean coding, security, architecture, and software engineering best practices.
- The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from ideation and design through deployment and production support.
- Strong experience with Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud environments, application performance monitoring, and relational databases is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:




- Write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs and strives for simplicity, clarity, and testability, in a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and end users) to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
- Investigate and propose business and technical solutions to development and design problems, participating in scope of work estimation and forecasting.
- Promote and investigate architecture, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews or use collaborative programming techniques to promote high quality business outcomes.
- Improve performance of existing software by diagnosing and resolving critical issues across multiple skill teams.
- Adhere to established development practices and processes. Coach other junior software engineers.
