Job Title: F&A; Delivery Operations (Energy and Utilities) - AGM

Job Description
- Oversee delivery of core 18+ years of F&A; processes: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and financial planning & analysis.
- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A;) service delivery for Energy & Utilities clients, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strategic value creation. Drive transformation, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction across finance processes.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and high customer satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across geographies.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Robust experience in F&A; operations, preferably in Energy & Utilities
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and global delivery models.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and finance transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
