Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct field service activities such as installation, maintenance, repair, fault finding, servicing, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of electrical systems.
- Perform field support tasks for existing clients' needs.
- Troubleshoot complex problems using problem-solving skills.
