A note from the founder

MBH Pumps has been building industrial and municipal pumps for over three decades from our facility in Naroda, Ahmedabad. Today we are a ₹40+ crore business, with a robust product portfolio spanning submersible, dewatering, sewage, autoprime and horizontal split case pumps. Our engineering is genuinely differentiated — but our sales organisation has not kept pace with what our products can do.

I am hiring the person who will change that. This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a running sales machine. This is for someone who wants to build one — with real backing, a good product to sell, and a founder who will get out of your way once you are in the seat.

The role

You will own MBH's national sales P&L; across two verticals — Industrial (mining, construction, steel, cement, chemicals) and Municipal / Utility (water boards, PMCs, sewage projects)



— plus our fast-growing autoprime dewatering product line (LDL series). You will build the team, set the quotas, close the deals you personally choose to close, and be the single point of accountability for revenue growth.

You will report directly to the Managing Director. You will inherit a small existing sales team (Gujarat and Delhi) and rebuild it into a national organisation over 18–24 months. You will not have to fight for budget or authority — the mandate is clear and the resources are committed.

What you will own

· National sales revenue across industrial, municipal and autoprime dewatering product lines

· Sales team hiring, structure and quotas — Head of Industrial, Application Engineer LDL, regional sales engineers

· Sales playbook — from lead qualification to tender specification writing to close

· Key account relationships with L&T;, mining majors, PMCs, rental companies, and government clients

· CRM discipline and
