Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the organization.
- Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by managing indirect taxes such as GST/Service Tax/Excise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on finance-related matters to support business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in finance & accounting role preferably from FMCG industry.
- B.Com (Account & Finance) degree required; MBA/CA Intermediate preferred.
- Solid expertise in areas like Accounting, Budgeting, Controlling, Fintech Operations Revenue Taxation.
