Role & responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage multiple client ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, budgets and target audiences.
- Manage campaigns across leads, sales, website conversions, traffic, engagement and awareness objectives.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimise spend based on performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to recommend creatives based on campaign performance.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and events.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare clear monthly client reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and proactively implement improvements.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes,



advertising policies and new campaign features.
- Communicate campaign performance, recommendations and next steps clearly to the internal team and clients when required.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of results with past campaigns and ability to showcase performance/case studies
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing campaigns across lead generation, e-commerce and service-based businesses
- Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager and conversion tracking
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new advertising, analytics and AI tools
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset
- Able to manage multiple client ad accounts and budgets simultaneously
- Agency experience is preferred
