Job Description:
- Knowledge of CNC ,lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, and machining centers.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Set up machines, fixtures, and tooling for production.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
- Adjust machine parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report machine breakdowns.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards.
- Minimize material wastage and improve machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5-12 years
