MINS Global is looking for ambitious and target driven sales professionals to join our Inside Sales team and sell IndiaMART service packages to business customers.
Annual Package: Rs. 2.62 LPA to Rs. 5.62 LPA +Additional Client Incentives are available over and above the performance linked earning structure.

What you will do
Sell IndiaMART service packages to business customers
Make outbound calls and generate sales opportunities
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right package
Handle objections and negotiate with customers
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM discipline
Achieve consistent sales performance
What we are looking for
1 to 4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or B2B sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in SaaS, digital services, subscriptions or B2B solutions will be an advantage
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with targets and outbound calling
Valuable follow up and customer handling skills
Fluent Kannada , Englsih & Hindi will be added advantage
