Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement data privacy policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks related to data privacy breaches.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of existing systems and processes to ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance on data privacy matters to employees across the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in big data analytics, cyber security, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act).
- Experience working with BigID or similar tools for managing large datasets securely.
