Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
OSP Fiber Engineering Project Manager
to lead and manage fiber optic engineering and design projects from initial planning through final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Outside Plant (OSP) fiber engineering, fiber route design, project management, construction coordination, and team leadership
.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and engineering standards. This role requires strong coordination with engineering teams, designers, field personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

OSP Fiber Engineering & Design
- Lead and oversee the engineering and design of
OSP fiber optic networks and routes
.
- Review field survey information, engineering data, maps, and site documentation to develop accurate fiber designs.
- Oversee the preparation and review of
fiber route plans,



construction drawings, splice diagrams, and engineering documentation
.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable telecom, engineering, safety, and construction standards.
- Review designs for accuracy, constructability, cost-effectiveness, and overall project requirements.
- Utilize tools such as
IQGEO, AutoCAD, GIS platforms, Google Earth/KMZ, and other OSP design applications
.

Project Planning & Execution
- Manage OSP fiber engineering projects from
initial scope and planning through design, construction support, and project closeout
.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.
- Identify project risks, technical issues, and potential delays and develop effective solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.
