About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
HR & Business Development Executive
to manage end-to-end HR and recruitment activities while contributing to business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
recruitment, employee coordination, client handling, business development, and relationship management
.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records,



and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding manpower requirements.

Business Development
- Identify and generate current business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare business proposals and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and service delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and business reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
