Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Convert design concepts into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual elements across websites.
- Improve website UI/UX, navigation, usability, and overall user experience.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with developers, content teams, marketing teams, and clients to understand requirements.
- Update, maintain, and troubleshoot existing websites and web pages.
- Test websites across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes and resolve design-related issues.
- Integrate and manage websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Review website analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for design and usability improvements.
- Stay updated with current web design trends,



technologies, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in web design and UI/UX design.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and basic JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible websites.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual design.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website performance, accessibility, and web standards.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into clean, visually appealing web designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work with developers and other teams.
- A portfolio of web design/UI projects demonstrating creativity and technical skills is preferred.
