We are looking for a VoIP Contact Centre Solution Engineer with robust hands-on experience in SIP signaling, media protocols, open-source VoIP platforms, and packet-level troubleshooting. The role involves designing, integrating, and supporting scalable contact centre and real-time communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

VoIP Signaling

Design, configure, and troubleshoot SIP-based voice and messaging solutions

Deep understanding of SIP call flows, registrations, authentication, routing, and failover

Work with SDP negotiation, codec selection, media attributes, and NAT traversal

Media Transport

Strong hands-on experience with RTP / SRTP (media flow, jitter, packet loss, MOS)

Experience with MSRP for messaging and media relay

In-depth knowledge of TCP, UDP, WebSockets (WS/WSS) and their behavior in real-time systems

NAT Connectivity

Practical knowledge of STUN, TURN, ICE

Troubleshoot NAT, firewall, and carrier-grade network issues

Packet Protocol Analysis

Expert in PCAP analysis using Wireshark/tshark

Ability to debug SIP signaling,



RTP streams, retransmissions, call drops, one-way audio, and latency issues

Root cause analysis from packet captures and logs

Open-Source Platforms

Strong working knowledge of Kamailio (routing logic, dispatcher, registrar, auth, NAT handling)

Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH (dialplan, SIP profiles, media handling, integrations)

Ability to customize, optimize, and debug open-source VoIP stacks

Contact Centre Integrations

Integrate VoIP platforms with CRM, billing, and contact centre applications

Support voice, messaging, and omnichannel use cases

Work closely with operations and product teams to improve call quality and reliability
