About the role
The Manager / Senior Manager – IPR & Take back Operations will lead end-to-end reverse logistics operations across PAN India, ensuring efficient planning, recycler network management, backend operations, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and seamless project execution while delivering operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Strategy & Leadership
- Lead reverse logistics operations across multiple projects and regions.
- Drive operational excellence through SOPs and process improvements.
- Define and monitor operational KPIs.
- Lead and develop the operations team.
Reverse Logistics Planning
- Plan end-to-end material collection, transportation, and recycling.
- Optimize recycler allocation and logistics planning.
- Ensure timely execution against client SLAs.
- Support capacity planning and new project rollouts.
