Designation: Senior Manager - Workforce Management Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans based on forecasted demand and business requirements. Monitor and analyze inflow, outflow, and workload volumes to ensure optimal workforce utilization. Track headcount against approved targets and identify staffing surpluses or shortages. Perform capacity gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, scheduling, or productivity improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment teams to align workforce plans with business needs. Prepare workforce dashboards, reports, and MIS to provide actionable insights on capacity, utilization, productivity, and staffing trends. Analyze historical trends and forecast future resource requirements using data-driven methodologies. Support budget planning by providing headcount and capacity projections.
Continuously improve workforce planning processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
Position Specific Skills
Designation: Senior Manager - Workforce Management Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM), capacity planning, and forecasting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis. Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
