We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Student Relationship Executive to serve as the dedicated Account Manager and primary liaison for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled students and their parents, ensuring they always have a friendly, knowledgeable voice to turn to.
- Flawlessly manage all inbound and outbound communications (phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM messages) with zero delay.
- Proactively follow up with students to collect necessary academic, financial, and visa documents to ensure strict application deadlines are met.
- Keep students and parents constantly informed about their university offer letters, fee payment deadlines, and visa processing statuses.
- Act as the bridge between the client and our internal Back-Office Processing and Visa teams. Escalate complex technical queries when necessary while maintaining ownership of the client relationship.
