Job Description:

1. Strong enterprise administration experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk Cloud, and Cribl

2. Strong experience using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) and/or Splunk Processing Language (SPL) to build custom metrics, alerts, dashboards, and reports that meet customer requirements.

3. Strong experience building scalable pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing metrics, logs, and traces from various sources

4. Experience establishing and implementing observability best practices to standardize, monitor, and optimize solution usage and performance.

Experience integrating observability tools with other ITOps solutions (ServiceNow, BigPanda, etc.)

6. Strong scripting experience in at least one of the following: PowerShell or Python

7. Experience with application deployment tools, including at least two of the following: Git, Harness, and Terraform

8. Experience developing applications in AWS

9. Experience developing and supporting Java applications using JavaScript and TypeScript libraries

10. Solid knowledge of emerging tools, software, applications, and AI solutions that support best-in-class enterprise IT capabilities
