Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead & manage the technical services team in his designated area, ensuring successful site conversions & achieving sales targets through technical services. The BDM will mentor the team & oversee local counter & distribution manpower, and act as the point of contact for approvals related to NEEV sites & Bandhan CRM points.
The BDM will be responsible for conducting large engineers & contractors meets & ensuring the smooth execution of technical services activities in the region. Additionally, the BDM will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for mason meet gifts & supervise Independent Home Builder (IHB) site activities.
Job Description
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead & mentor the Technical Executives (TEs) & Field Executives (Fes) within the assigned area.
Drive site conversion targets by ensuring team effectiveness in technical service engagements.
Provide support & guidance to local counter & distributor manpower to boost product knowledge & sales outcomes.
Site Conversion & Technical Services:
Oversee all site conversion activities, ensuring the team meets its sales targets through technical service offerings.
Supervise Independent Home Builder (IHB) site activities & ensure the use of Captain Steel products.
Approval & CRM Management:
Act as the approver of NEEV sites uploaded by Field Executives.
Approve Bandhan points for engineers & architects in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking & reward distribution.
Engineer & Contractor Engagement:
Organize & conduct engineer's meets & large contractor's meets to build robust relationships & drive product adoption.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business & long-term partnerships.
Supervision & Reporting:
Oversee all technical services activities in the area & report to the RBDM on a daily basis.
Ensure timely reporting of key performance indicatorsrs
