Job Summary

Sri Lakshmi Groups is looking for an experienced General Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the overall Accounts and Finance functions of multiple business firms under the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall Accounts and Finance operations for multiple firms.

Supervise and coordinate Accounts teams across different business units.

Monitor daily accounting, cash flow, bank transactions, receivables and payables.

Handle Tally, Excel, ERP and accounting systems.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.

Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.

Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, expenses and outstanding balances.

Prepare budgets, cash flow projections and financial analysis.

Support Management in financial planning,



cost control and business decisions.

Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation across all firms.

Lead and guide the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.

CA Inter / CMA / M.Com will be an added advantage.

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.

Experience in handling multiple companies or business units is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS and Income Tax.

Good leadership, analytical and team management skills.
