About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for dealers, understand their queries or concerns, and ensure that the issue is routed to the appropriate internal department for timely resolution.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, be comfortable making calls, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining proper follow-up until the dealer's query or ticket is resolved.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming dealer queries, requests, and support tickets through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand and identify the nature of dealer issues and route tickets to the appropriate department/team.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Finance, Technology, Banking, and Business Teams for issue resolution.
- Make outbound calls to dealers to understand issues,



collect required information, and provide updates.
- Follow up with respective departments on pending tickets and ensure timely closure.
- Keep dealers informed about the status of their requests and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer queries, calls, tickets, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring dealer issues and escalate them to the concerned team/manager.
- Ensure all dealer concerns are handled professionally and within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Maintain strong coordination between dealers and internal teams to ensure a smooth support experience.
- Prepare basic reports related to open, closed, and pending tickets.
