• Academic Support: Provide continuous, structured academic support, guidance, and professional

mentoring frameworks to field teachers.

• Methodology Upgrades: Rigorously evaluate language proficiency levels and introduce improvements to

existing teaching methods and pedagogy.

• Performance Metrics: Regularly monitor, assess, and benchmark performance metrics for both students

and participating teachers.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED CANDIDATE SKILLS

• Education Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Arts with a strong specialization track in
