Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Quality Checker to ensure that garments meet the required quality standards and specifications. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, take ownership of quality issues, and proactively identify and resolve defects during the production process.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect garments at different stages of production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Check garments for stitching, measurements, finishing, fitting, fabric defects, and overall appearance.
- Identify defects and immediately communicate them to the concerned production team.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent repeated quality issues.
- Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct final inspection of garments before dispatch.
- Follow approved samples, specifications, measurements, and quality requirements.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
- Coordinate with production and finishing teams to resolve quality concerns.




- Proactively identify potential quality issues before they affect bulk production.
- Ensure proper handling and finishing of garments to avoid damage or defects.
- Support the production team in improving overall quality and reducing rejection/rework.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in garment quality checking.
- Good knowledge of garment construction and finishing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Smart, confident, proactive, and responsible approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take quick decisions and handle quality-related issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Positive attitude with a solid sense of ownership and accountability.
