As a Student Counselor , your primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support to our learners, helping them navigate their educational journey with our platform. You will be an essential part of our team, assisting students in achieving their educational goals and addressing their concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer guidance and assistance to students regarding course selection, program information, and platform usage
- Provide information about academic programs, course prerequisites, and educational pathways to help students make informed decisions.
- Address student inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Monitor student progress, identify challenges, and recommend solutions or interventions when needed.
- Assist in strategies to improve student retention and engagement with our educational resources.




- Maintain clear and effective communication with students through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with student inquiries and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing student needs.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
