Role & responsibilities

Source candidate for sales and business development roles through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on the JD and hiring requirements.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessment and follow ups.

Support bilk hiring and achieve daily sourcing and recruitment targets.

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate hiring data.

Gain exposure to the end -to- end Talent Acquisition process and HR Operations.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM students specializing in HR or related field.

Freshers with an interest in recruitment / talent acquisition.

Positive communication and interpersonal skils.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals will be advantage.
