Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. The role involves conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings,



presenting Profession Hike’s solutions, and negotiating agreements to drive platform growth. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and feedback. Daily responsibilities also include nurturing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on trends in the higher education and edtech sectors.

Qualifications
- Strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into long-term partners.
- Business acumen and Account Management experience to manage relationships, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in education,
