Overseas Reika is a BIS & ISO 9001:2015 certified transformer manufacturer (distribution + power transformers up to 20 MVA, 33 kV class) supplying state utilities, EPC contractors, and export markets since 2013.
We're looking for a
Sales Manager
who already knows this industry from the inside — someone with live relationships across
EPC contractors, builders, developers, and project houses
who can walk in with orders, not just leads.
What you'll do:
- Convert your existing EPC and builder network into transformer orders
- Own the full sales cycle — enquiry to PO to repeat business
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, and infrastructure builds where transformers are specified
- Work directly with the founder on pricing, negotiations, and closing
What we're looking for:
- Proven sales relationships in the
EPC / electrical / power / construction
space
- A track record of bringing in orders (please come ready to talk numbers)
- Comfort dealing with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
- Self-driven — you don't wait to be handed a pipeline, you build one
