About The Role
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join our team supporting a US Healthcare client. This role involves engaging with patients and healthcare providers via voice and non-voice channels, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare processes,

Qualifications
