Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the development of current features and enhancements for GOSU, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities to ensure software meets customer needs.
- Provide guidance on best practices for software development processes within the team.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in GOSU or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire platform and its applications in insurance domain.
- Experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
