Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager cum CRM to manage sales activities, develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure effective follow-up with existing and prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate customer and sales records through CRM.

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through market research, networking, dealer/distributor development, and direct customer visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, plumbers, builders, project customers, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Expand the companys market presence and develop new territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.




- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular sales reports.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

CRM & Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with customer, lead, enquiry, quotation, order, and follow-up information.
- Track leads and opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, meetings, calls, enquiries, and quotations.
- Monitor lead conversion, customer retention, repeat orders, and sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
