Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional team members to design, develop, and refine software products and web applications. Responsibilities include participating in agile ceremonies, contributing to solution design, writing and reviewing code or project content, and helping improve processes and workflows. The role also requires clear communication, proactive problem-solving,



and continuous learning to support high-quality deliverables and a positive team culture.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in software development or product/web-app creation, with the ability to work in agile environments.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, or tools commonly used in modern web and product development.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities to handle complex technical and project challenges.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to work closely with diverse team members on-site in Bengaluru.
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies, methods, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in agile or startup-like environments
