Role & responsibilities

Experience seeing project through complete life cycle from KOM. Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems with Logic. Strong Organisational & Leadership skills (Team Player). Excellent communication skills especially in E- mail. Strong follow up to meet the project deadlines. Solid knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC machining processes, tooling, and fixture. Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining symbols. Hands-on with MS Excel, MS Project, or similar planning software. Implement process improvements to reduce rejection and rework. Conduct costing reports, decide job load for each project, finalise vendor order negotiations, decide order commitments & order finalisation

Preferred candidate profile

Resolving customer complaints, interacting with different departments to provide required support to the customer, Report & analysis of complaints May have to visit at customer place for solving the problems.

Soft Skills

Effective communication with customers as well as internal stakeholders. Proven Interpersonal, Team Management Skills. Open risks and issues mitigation and control on the project. Manage internal & external customers FATs in OT IF
