We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing skilled who can help us acquire new B2B customers and build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities - Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, industry databases, and other channels. - Identify and approach manufacturing companies, OEMs, startups, engineering companies, procurement teams, and product companies. - Build relationships with Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads,



CTOs, Engineers, Founders, and other decision-makers. - Generate RFQs and convert them into orders. - Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and order closure. - Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly. - Research new markets and identify potential customers in India and international markets. - Maintain a CRM/database of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions. - Develop LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns. - Coordinate with the technical and operations team to understand customer requirements and prepare suitable proposals. - Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements. - Achieve monthly lead-generation, RFQ, revenue, and customer-acquisition targets.
