- Review RFQs, tender documents, customer specifications and commercial requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates covering material, bought-out items, fabrication, machining, welding, NDT, PWHT, painting, packing, transportation and contingency.
- Develop competitive techno-commercial proposals in coordination with sales and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotations and cost optimization.
- Perform weight estimation, material take-off (MTO) and labor hour estimation.
- Identify technical and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support technical clarification meetings, customer discussions and internal bid review
- Develop and maintain estimation databases, costing norms and standard proposal templates.

Support order handover to execution teams after project award.
