- Develop, update and maintain accurate geospatial datasets and maps
- Perform spatial analysis to support business and project requirements
- Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with defined GIS standards
- Collaborate with business, engineering and project teams to understand GIS needs
- Adhere to project timelines, SLAs and documentation standards
- Participate in reviews, audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Proficiency in GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Smallworld or equivalent platforms
- Solid understanding of spatial data models, projections, coordinate systems, and geodatabases
- Experience with spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and map creation
- Knowledge of SQL and working with spatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server)
- Ability to work with multiple data formats (shapefiles, raster, CAD, GPS data, GeoJSON)
