Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly motivated Management Trainee Partner Training Coordination with exceptional communication skills and a go-getter attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner training programs (planning, scheduling, organizing, tracking, and reporting).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and global partner organizations to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
- Maintain training calendars, attendee lists, and training progress reports.
- Send timely communication, reminders, and follow-ups related to training events.
- Ensure training logistics (platform setup, materials, invites, feedback collection)

- Track and monitor attendance, completion, and effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and dashboards for management and audit purposes.
- Continuously look for ways to improve training operations and participant engagement.
- Coordination with the Channels team to support partner enablement.
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related non-technical disciplines.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
