We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team in a real estate company.

The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining project details, following up with leads, generating qualified prospects, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

2 - 3 years of relevant telecalling/telesales experience preferred.
- Real estate telecalling experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in banking, insurance, automobile, education, hospitality, or other sales industries may also apply.
- Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Should be confident in speaking with customers.
- Should be disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Should have a professional attitude and positive approach.
- Should be capable of working independently as well as with a team.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

The Senior Telecaller will be evaluated based on:

WORKING CONDITIONS

Salary: Rs. 20000 to 30000 per month
