- Handle receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and physical registers.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase documents.
- Ensure proper binning, labeling, FIFO, and material identification.
- Issue materials to production as per authorized requirements.
- Conduct physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain GRN, issue, return, transfer, and stock documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages/excess inventory.
- Ensure 5S, safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma with 1–4 years’ experience in Stores/Warehouse, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, inventory control, and documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
