Autism Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is a growing multicity, multicentre initiative focused on providing structured, collaborative and parent-inclusive intervention for children with neurodevelopmental and special needs.
We are expanding our intervention network and are looking for an experienced and committed Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured Occupational Therapy and remedial intervention sessions for children with developmental and special needs.
- Conduct detailed Occupational Therapy assessments and sensory profiling to identify functional, sensory, motor and developmental needs.
- Assess and address sensory processing, motor skills, coordination, attention, functional skills and activities of daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans based on each child's needs.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment and progress reports, including clinical observations, assessment findings, therapy goals and recommendations.
- Communicate assessment findings and intervention recommendations effectively with parents and the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with Special Educators, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and parents.
- Maintain systematic session records, assessment reports, progress reports and intervention documentation.
- Guide and train parents in implementing appropriate home-based Occupational Therapy and sensory strategies.
- Monitor children's progress and modify therapy goals and strategies as required.
- Participate in team reviews, case discussions and career development activities.
- Follow Autism Alliance's standardized therapy protocols and documentation systems.
- Contribute to a parent-inclusive intervention model focused on promoting functional progress beyond the therapy centre.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: BOT / B.Sc. Occupational Therapy, MOT / M.Sc. Occupational Therapy or equivalent recogniz
