About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and confident Content Creator to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should enjoy being in front of the camera, have experience creating Instagram Reels, short videos, and engaging social-media content, and understand what makes content interesting and shareable.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in idea generation, shooting, presenting, and creating content for our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, and social-media content.
- Develop new and creative ideas for Reels and other video content.
- Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Plan, shoot, and coordinate video content.
- Write simple scripts, captions, and content ideas.
- Keep up with current social-media trends, Reels formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Create behind-the-scenes, educational, promotional, and company-related content.




- Work with the marketing team to create content that supports brand awareness and business growth.
- Manage and organize video/photo content for regular posting.
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements
- 6 months –2 years of experience in content creation or social-media marketing.
- Proven experience creating Reels/short-form videos.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Energetic, expressive, and positive personality.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social-media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
