job Description -
1. Supervise all daily production activities in the thread department.
2. Allocate work to machine operators and helpers.
3 .Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
4 .Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
5. Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage
6. Maintain production reports and shift records
7. Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns
8. Train current employees and improve operator skills
9. 2-3 years of experience in thread, textile, or manufacturing operations
10. Maintain daily production reports in Microsoft Excel.
11. Record machine downtime, rejection, and wastage data.
12. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into company software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
